The main difference is the size of the screen, which increases from 6.1 inches to a diagonal of 6.7 inches. However, with this increase in size comes an increase in price.
How much does the iPhone 15 Plus cost?
Prices for the iPhone 15 Plus vary according to storage capacity. The 128GB version costs A$1,649. If you need more space, the 256GB version is priced at A$1,849, while the 512GB version is the most expensive, coming in at A$2,199.
These are very high prices, even for Apple. We advise you to wait a little while for refurbished models to go on sale for cheaper on Back Market, or to opt for a refurbished iPhone 14 Plus. We don't think the improvements from one generation to the next are significant enough to justify buying a new iPhone 15 Plus.
When was the iPhone 15 Plus released?
The iPhone 15 Plus was officially announced by Apple on 12 September 2023 at their annual Apple Keynote event. It incorporates a number of improvements over its predecessor, including the Dynamic Island technology introduced with the iPhone 14 Pro.
