    I purchased an A-grade product but received a product that was heavily used, scratched and lacking a rear cover for the dock. When I contacted support, I was informed that a replacement was not available and a refund was offered. I heard that in the case of return and refund, there is a possibility that the promotion code used at the time of order will not be returned, so I had no choice but to accept the product in poor condition as it was because I would have lost the entire promotion code if I chose the return and refund service.
