To anybody who is aiming to purchase from this organisation, their customer service is TERRIBLE.

This is my first time ordering here so I was a bit skeptical. But still went and tried to order. Shipment and delivery was on time. The item has no damage and The item has no damage and works really well!

I bought another second-hand one before I bought it here, but I had to return it because the letters disappeared as soon as I used it, and I heard about Family Refurbis products, so I researched online and bought it here. It came neatly in the box and the product was fine. I would use them again when I had the chance. Thank you for a good product.

It was in a plastic-wrapped box and appeared to be new. There was some dirt on the box, so they may have re-wrapped it. Either way, I am very satisfied with the pen, as it is as clean as new and works perfectly.

It's insanely fast. I had just lost my Apple pen and was in trouble, so thank God for that. It's a grade A and 5,000 yen cheaper than the genuine one, but it's very beautiful! Even the box is perfect, it's still better to buy from an Apple store, but it looked brand new inside.

It arrived in very clean condition and worked perfectly. I think I made a very good purchase that was easy on my wallet. I was thinking of getting my middle son a mobile phone soon. I think shopping at BackMarket is a good enough option.

Grade B! My first second generation Pencil. Is there a scratch... or something...? This is not new...? (This is my personal opinion). Impressed. I'm glad it arrived sooner than I expected. It is immediately working with my new iPad. When the C grade comes, it will be a very good time to buy...! I think it's a good time to buy.

I have purchased a grade C one. If you look closely, you can see that the magnetic side has some areas where the paint seems to have faded a bit and there are really little smudges, but they are not noticeable at all. The Pencil functions without any problems! I purchased it on a Thursday night and it was indicated that it would be delivered in 3~4 days, and although it was over Saturday and Sunday, it arrived on Monday morning, three days later, firmly on schedule.
