To anybody who is aiming to purchase from this organisation, their customer service is TERRIBLE.

This is my first time ordering here so I was a bit skeptical. But still went and tried to order. Shipment and delivery was on time. The item has no damage and The item has no damage and works really well!

I haven't given it a great deal of play yet, but I have used it in tests and got a very good feel for it. I feel I got a very good value for money. It's also a great gift, especially for someone like me who doesn't chase new things. I think I will enjoy it for a while.

It was damaged while studying for the national exam and I had to urgently purchase a new one. The ApplePencil I received is working perfectly and I am very satisfied! The only thing I really, really have to say is that the delivery was delayed beyond the expected date and time, which was a bit annoying (partly because it was a highly necessary item and I was in a bit of a rush myself 🙏).

I bought a grade C. I use it to draw illustrations and have no problems with its performance. If you observe it closely, you can see the feel of use? I think so, but there is nothing that bothers me at a quick glance. I am glad I bought it at a good price.

I bought another second-hand one before I bought it here, but I had to return it because the letters disappeared as soon as I used it, and I heard about Family Refurbis products, so I researched online and bought it here. It came neatly in the box and the product was fine. I would use them again when I had the chance. Thank you for a good product.

It was in a plastic-wrapped box and appeared to be new. There was some dirt on the box, so they may have re-wrapped it. Either way, I am very satisfied with the pen, as it is as clean as new and works perfectly.
