I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.

Thy judgement? Good Lord, an English speaker. The Dell Latitude: Replaced a rather ancient Acer Laptop, also refurbished but not done well. The Latitude, is excellent, I'm retired but spend a lot of time following 'Western Politics', blogging etc, the Latitude fills my every requirement, great quality, sufficiently speedy for my needs, In short, I'm delighted. This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.

I didn't know what to expect; the quality of the iPad was superb! I was a little wary of refurbishment, but I would highly recommend it; the price of iPads is way too high, and a lot of people get ones that have far more features than they will ever use. Students and mums with young children should consider this store when they next need one for school or just for playing games.
