Despite ordering a grade A product, the product arrived very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned at all. The screen had small scratches, the speaker and charging port were very dirty and the back and body were full of scratches and marks. The mobile wallet did not work at all, so it appears to be an overseas product. We were not able to test the phone extensively at all, but everything seemed fine. However, the battery drained quite quickly, but this could be due to the initial setup. Despite the package arriving in a box, the product was wrapped in padded cardboard. The only accessory was a usb A to C cable. The original phone came with a usb C to C cable. Although not tested, it was cheap and probably not capable of fast charging. After returning the phone, it was refunded immediately, but this was very inconvenient as the phone was purchased for use during the holiday season. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend ordering from this shop with this quality.
