I bought it in the middle of the night and it arrived within two days. Firstly, I am impressed with the speedy delivery. The product itself is a C grade, so I had no expectations about its appearance, but although there are four or five minor scuffs, there are no scratches or paint peeling at all, which is worse than I expected, so my general impression is "well, it's a PC with a feeling of use...". When it came time to start it up and check the battery status, I hit the jackpot by receiving a PC with 100% health. Ordered before New Year's Eve so shipping was slightly delayed, but very happy with the product. MacBook Pro 14 inch (2021) Apple M1 Pro, the battery was in 97% condition. There was no outer box, just the unit, MagSafe cable and adapter, but I have no plans to resell it, so no problem. I ordered an iPadair4 before and the impression at that time was good, so I ordered here again this time. If you are not particular about new products, I think refurbished products are a very good option. The performance is excellent, and although I replaced my Intel Mac, I regret that I didn't replace it sooner because it runs so smoothly.
