You don't even have to screw them into your ears, it's like putting them on! I bought the A grade. The difference between the grades is that the outer case is scratched, it arrived shiny and clean. If you don't care, maybe you can get a lower grade? I would personally recommend the second generation if you are going to go through the trouble, because of the noise cancellation, shape and performance! What I bought.
