Brought a s21 for my daughter. Being the good condition option we were expecting a few scratches on the body and screen, to our surprise it was in perfect condition. The battery was dead when it first arrived which we liked so we could fully charge it right from the start. It holds battery well. She only has to charge it every second day and is on it quite a bit, as with any teenager. Delivery was also really quick. Came within two days of ordering. We will definitely be buying from here again for future phones and maybe other products.

Delivered so quickly! My phone is working very well, learning the new things. Perhaps a few more scratches than I was expecting but it works really well. The charging cable sent necessitated my purchasing a compatible plug...

Exactly what I asked for without problems

Firstly the phone didn't arrive as planned it was 3days late.Then I couldn't make calls from it only messages later I discovered there was a setting which then allowed calls to be made,the touch screen doesn't always sense the feeling so that isn't great,that's it for now.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your company regarding the purchase of my phone. The quality of the product did not meet my expectations, and the customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns. Additionally, your company refuses to refund me for the protective accessories I purchased for the phone, which are now useless since I had to buy a new phone from another company due to the lack of trust generated by your treatment. I expected a much better experience and I am disappointed with how you handle your customers. I will not be recommending your company to others.

Not good very disappointed I'm going to send it back, but got no idea where to send it and I need a full refund, very disappointed with the phone might as well spend a little more and buy a brand new phone. Please send me a box to return the device.
