Excellent first experience buying a refurbished phone from Back Market. I would highly recommend this website!

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my wife. I grabbed one randomly and had little trouble setting it up apart from some difficulty changing the temp from F to C. Someone else set up my wife's phone, and later she complained of all the unknown contacts on it. I had to do the factory reset you should have done.

I’m absolutely stoked! It’s got great font size and the camera is fantastic. It’s nice and sleek design is great, and I love having a red phone. I would highly recommend Back Macket without hesitation,

The phone itself is in great condition and works well. The only issue I have is that it must have been from America as it has a lot of apps and pre loaded phone numbers that are American related. None of which can be deleted. And I had to play around with it a bit for it to accept our sim card.

Not a scratch on it, battery life seems ok so far too. we passed down an A5 to the oldest kid and it seemed ok so just thought I'd grab another one. Excellent service, fast dispact, well package, can't rate highly enough!

Brought a s21 for my daughter. Being the good condition option we were expecting a few scratches on the body and screen, to our surprise it was in perfect condition. The battery was dead when it first arrived which we liked so we could fully charge it right from the start. It holds battery well. She only has to charge it every second day and is on it quite a bit, as with any teenager. Delivery was also really quick. Came within two days of ordering. We will definitely be buying from here again for future phones and maybe other products.

The phone arrived in good time and in good condition. It looks brand new unless you inspect it very carefully. It is continuing to perform well, and is doing everything it should do. Very happy with it.
