Can't say how it is as its wrapped for a christmas present but it looks great and was a decent price by the looks of it husband should be very happy with this As far as my experience goes dealing with Back Market was amazing thank you

Phone came as described and works well. Battery life is quite short and it gets very hot sometimes like when charging but seems to happen less than when it first arrived. So I've held onto it for now as it functions correctly.

Device was locked to AT&T, not unlocked as advertised. Had to request an unlock from the carrier as I couldn't message the seller. Phone seems fine otherwise no damage to it as far as I can tell.

Battery life is pretty bad. Won't last a day. I had the same phone for 3 years and it lasted longer but I broke the screen. They offered me a refund or a return but that's just a bigger waste of time for me. It already arrived late by post and I paid for express delivery. Not worth the price it was listed.

It arrived a day late in separate packaging from another phone I bought together. When I put it on the MagSafe charger with the case on, the display of Check BATTERY appeared and I could not charge it, and afterwards the display did not change even if I charged it for 2-30 minutes with USB charging. When I charged it with the Qi charger for 2 to 3 hours in the state that I folded it the next day, the display changed and after a few minutes when I charged it with USB afterwards, the display changed again and it became % display and I was able to charge it and use it afterwards.
