The imac came as promised. The issue I have is the crappy mouse and keyboard. I expected a Apple brand for both. I couldn't connect the keyboard so that's just sitting there.

It was like new and cosmetically excellent.

There was no problem with the iMAC itself, but the keyboard and mouse were not included among the accessories that were supposed to be included. As a result of an enquiry, the missing accessories were sent at a later date. This was a hassle, so a negative rating is given for this.

I ordered this product thinking that a genuine keyboard and Mouse were included in the package, but I was disappointed to find a Windows keyboard and Mouse. I wish you would stop saying "compatible with..." and state in advance that the keyboard and mouse are not genuine. I would like to consider purchasing an additional silver 16 gigabyte or 1 terabyte product when it becomes available.
