The product's external appearance is in good condition and the battery is in good condition and unencumbered by Apple's diagnostics.

I bought it because I wanted exactly the same one as my iPad Air, which had been submerged in water and was gone. I was told it was a C. It was as good as a brand new one! Before I ordered it, I was thinking 'C... what am I going to do with it', but I didn't care. And it arrived two days early, which was great!

It was a B grade, but the product is clean and usable without any problems, with no scratches or other marks visible at all.

It arrived to a much better standard than I had imagined. I plan to purchase a computer for my daughter next.
