Very clean and very happy with the condition.

It arrived about the day after I ordered it! The screen was as clean as new😍.

It arrived the next day after payment was made and I was very impressed with the excellent service! The product was in almost new condition with no deterioration of the battery and I would use it again.

It was purchased as a B grade and has been used without any problems at all! The appearance is almost identical to a new one.

I bought an ipad pro 12.9 6th generation grade A. Overall, there were no scratches or scuffs and the battery life was quite good at 98%. However, there was one noticeable scratch on the lower back of the body that was clearly visible from more than 50 cm away. It was not an abrasion from use, but a scratch that looked like it had been caused by some kind of impact, so we were not sure about selling it as an A-grade product. The power adapter mentioned in the accessories section was not included. As for the packaging, the cardboard box was partially crushed. It was a weak cardboard box and there were no stickers on it, such as "Do not stack on top of each other" or "Precision equipment". I know & agree that the outer box of the product is not included, but I wonder how it is to ship an IPad in such a state, without any cushioning material and just wrapped in plastic wrap. Even though it is a refurbished product and a good value, it is still a very expensive item. It was a disappointing point for a product that is so good.
