I won't lie I was kinda unsure if I should buy the phone because an iphone 11 pro in excellent condition for $376 seemed a bit too good to be true. Upon arrival i was surprised, the phone looked completely new. BUT, when setting up the phone i ran into a problem with updating the phone to the latest IOS, but with some help from going onto BackMarket and troubleshooting in which they actually helped me resolve the updating issue, I think this phone is completely new and absolutely worth the price.

I purchased the iPhone 11 for my 13 year old daughter as a early Christmas present 🎁 and she absolutely 💯 loves it 😀 very happy with my choice

No issues with the phone apart from the battery not being original and being flagged as a ‘foreign object’ in the phone, but I got a 1 year warranty on it so that sorts me out if anything goes wrong. Otherwise the phone operates great!

Phone arrived in a timely manner. It is totally as described. Very happy with the entire experience and would be happy to recommend to others
