It does a lot of weird things but I read iPhone eleven does that.. jumps a lot and the touch isn’t good.. also when I downloaded the other phone to it - lots of things didn’t come over.. this may be as that my other phone is USA .. I’m not sure .. it keeps asking me for my old phones password .. I change it often and don’t know what it’s asking me.. I have switched phones many times and never had that issue..

This phone is NOT GOOD!! It won’t turn off the screen goes black randomly it jumps from page to page it will not make call or receive calls randomly it’s slow as a snail randomly it’s driving me crazy AND NOONE WILL REPLY FROM BACK MARKET AND MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH SONEONE AND EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I MADE NO ORDER??!!! Grrr
