So the condition of the phone was very impressive. It definitely looked brand new. I was extremely pleased with the condition of it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the battery capacity was only 83%. I would’ve thought this would be higher to qualify in the “excellent” category rating. But overall very happy with the experience and the website and would use again

The phone is flawless, looks and feels brand new, no scratches or any visible damage. Battery health was on 93% which was pretty good. One bad thing was the packaging, the phone was put in a box with no bubble wrap so it just rattled around in it. But overall very impressed with its quality.

Better than expected! I ordered yesterday arvo (12.30pm) and arrived today at the same time! In IMMACULATE condition with 90% battery health and paid for the price of an iPhone 11! Amazing job BackMarket and I will be back in the future for more goodies! Mwah!

so good for exellent condition should purchase but the battery heath was 84% so not amazing but body of the phone is good clean with no scratches idk if i got lucky but dam it was a good purchase
