This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.

The phone I got was ( premium ) condition and I honestly love the phone I picked it up today and it runs smoothly battery capacity at 100% not even a single scratch seriously think it’s never been used setting up was a breeze I was a bit hesitant at first buying a refurbished phone but I was proven otherwise 11/10 for me thank you so much, hopefully there won’t be any problems with this phone 🩷

My Apple iPhone 13 with I think it’s 128 memory was like brand-new hasn’t a single mark on it very happy with my purchase very good phone. I did have an iPhone 7 upgraded to the 13. excellent value for money with a 12 month warranty.

Hi I upgraded from a iPhone XS that I bought from you to a iPhone 13 and I am very happy, I bought the iPhone XS from you but the earpiece was very crackley, I sent it back to be repaired but it came back still the same, I thought I would give you another chance, that is why I got the iPhone 13, and I am happy with this one, Pete.

The IPhone 13pro was well packaged and delivered promptly. Communication was very good with frequent updates on delivery progress. The phone itself operates flawlessly and presents as new. Very pleaeed with the overall experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced like-new phone without the new price.

Came actaully fairly quickly right on the days it said it would, phone is in such great condition ( i got premium condition) completely the same as if i bought it new highly recommened its actually not shit its good and trsuthworthy n good custmer service.

Iam completely 100% satisfied with my iPhone that I purchased it arrived so quickly and is absolutely just as brand new , I’m so glad that I found back market the phone is running perfectly no issues at all battery has 100% health it’s absolutely perfect
