A perfect purchase in an area prone to misleading information and the product not being as advertised. My purchase was flawless. Condition as advertised, well-presented and packed, works well (as expected) and I will check BackMarket stock next time I need a good 'used' mobile phone.

So far so good! Phone looks literally new out of the box. I only found one tiny little paint chip (roughly 0.1mm) after looking at the phone very hard for a while. This phone is truly excellent condition and is 99.9% physically brand new. The battery came at 91% maximum capacity, all features seem to be working and it runs like a dream! Im happy with this order but there are two problems, they are both minor so I am still very satisfied. The first very minor problem was the scratches on the camera but its renewed so thats expected. The second problem is minor right now but could potentially get bigger, whenever i shake the phone i hear something moving around inside. Not sure what it is so it might not be that big of a problem.

Perfect, literally perfect. Looks like I just got it out of the box directly from Apple, runs perfectly, maximum capacity is 98%. I had a REALLY bad experience on a similar site to Back Market but here it was a lot cheaper and a LOT better of a service. Thank you so much!

The actual delivery date was later than the estimated delivery almost a week. The phone is good though with no big problem currently and has a battery percentage of more than 95%. I would say that this is pretty good.
