The overall experience with Back Market has been great. I got my phone even before the expected delivery day, and Customer Service was great when I needed to contact them. The phone I got was in perfect conditions but honestly I was a bit surprised to see the battery's maximum capacity was 90% and I notice it "wears out" pretty fast compared to my last iPhone. I guess this is just the luck of the draw (I selected "Excellent" condition, so I'd definitely recommend spending a bit more and going with "Premium" in order to avoid these small issues). But overall, a great experience :)

Ordered the “Good” condition and honestly, it’s near perfect! Only one small scratch on the screen but can’t even see that when it’s on. Battery health is great also at 93%. Have ordered with Back Market in the past and will continue to order through them! Also appreciate the very quick shipping :)

I had been considering buying it here for a long time, so I decided to buy it here! I bought an A-grade phone and received it within 3 days of ordering it. I am very happy because I received a like-new item with no scratches at all, a 98% battery, and the colour I wanted for tens of thousands of yen less! I have bought iPads before and there were no defects. I would recommend it to anyone who is in doubt! I would like to use your service again.

The battery level was 100%. The screen had a sticker on it, and when it was taken off the screen had a lot of glass dust or something on it. It seems to work without any problems. Now you might want to check the shops where it's available and buy it. Well, it's only used, so if you're concerned about it, it might be better to buy a new one.

It is in near new condition. No scratches can be found. The battery is about 10% down, so you can tell it's used.
