It was purchased for my daughter to use it for study and watching YouTube. The phone is in very good condition. Battery level was around 84 and performing well.

I bought a C grade and the product arrived with no scratches whatsoever and the battery was at 100%. I thought it was a winner. I thought it was a hit product, but there were some differences in the UI, etc. and when I checked carefully, I found that I had been mistakenly sent an iPhone for domestic use in China, which did not have a technical compliance mark. Basically, it seems that all products sold in Japan are only those with a technical qualification mark. We contacted customer support about this and they were able to exchange it for us. Considering that it is not possible to check the presence or absence of the technical conformity mark on the exterior, and that oversight is inevitable and causes unnecessary trouble for both parties, we would like the seller to take the utmost care.

The item itself is good. what is very bad is the difficulty to contact the customer services !!! You could make it more simple, you can see how TEMU does it. There was a scratch on the top of the screen side that was about as fine as lint, and a 2mm wide scuff about 5cm wide on the inside right side of the screen, but the scratch was not noticeable when the screen was brightened, and seemed reasonable for a C-grade product. The battery was also at 100%, so overall we were very satisfied with the product. It also arrived a day earlier than the expected delivery date, which left a positive impression on the speed of the response.
