There is a bulge on the right hand side near the delete button/speakers so it doesn't close perfectly, but tbh everything else is perfect

I was sent a wrong configuration laptop. Bought it for my son, he was super excited, then I found issues with the battery. While sending it back discovered I was given half the RAM and SSD. Got the money back, but that is not really how it should work. They should be responsible and provide me a device with the correct configuration.

Computer shuts down randomly during work. Need a replacement or refund so we can purchase elsewhere but Back Market will only offer a repair, and we have to send it back meaning the employee is without a device for nearly 2 weeks whilst they fix their own error. Need to buy a new computer to fill in the gap meaning we are out of pocket far more than if we had just bought new from apple. WARNING DO NOT BUY
