Everything was good. The item was received in good time and everything works well. I was a bit wary of purchasing a refurbished unit, but all is good.

I’m so so happy with my purchase and the product received! I can say that besides being a little bit “dirty” in some keys (I cleaned it easily) this computer is in a PERFECT condition! Works amazingly and I have 0 complaints so far (I’ll keep using it and see how it goes). Only detail is that it came with the Apple adaptor but NOT with the original Apple cable (and can cause issues when charging) so, have that in consideration and maybe buy the original cable so you can avoid any inconvenience 🤍. I’ll absolutely use BackMarket again, this is an absolute goldmine!

I'm pretty impressed after a couple of weeks of use. 'Some wear and tear' was only one single letter on the keyboard that has the surface scratched, plus some light surface marks on the outside. The laptop is quick, super functional and it's hard to notice that it's a refurb, other than those aesthetics, so far.

The laptop is in exceptional condition. My only gripe with it is that it is the wrong colour. I ordered gold and I got silver, but overall, still happy with the laptop as it's perfect for my business needs!

Arrived on time. Excellent condition. Came with a charger. It runs exactly like any apple product does - fast and simple. Great. If this laptop stays doing what its meant to do for a good long time, then i'm never buying brand new tech again.

Really pleased, a like-new refurbished laptop for a great price, and delivered quickly. Have used BackMarket before and will use them again.

I'm ok with this Macbook however: 1- it's Camera (webcam) is not working and 2- sometimes I have to restart the macbook few times before it could connect to my wifi.
