I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

Great service, and a great phone too. Much better to get a quality refurbished phone than jumping on the "latest tech" bandwagon. Thanks guys! 👍👍

The quality and condition of the Pixel 6 matched the description, I am happy with it, it was a good value, smart purchase. I recommend Black Market refurbished phones.

Very happy with my Samsung flip that I've had a few weeks now it looks brand new and works perfect. I was initially skeptical but i'm definitely happy with the service provided here and by the seller, in my experience i would use this again and or recommend to someone wanting a decent nicer phone without getting ripped off buying brand new.

The phone came quickly and is in a great condition. I'm an Android user and I only bought it to control my kids Apple Watch so it is switched off most of the time and therefore I can't comment on battery life or general performance. But, it does what I need it to do and I'd definitely be looking back here for my next Android phone.
