Hi I upgraded from a iPhone XS that I bought from you to a iPhone 13 and I am very happy, I bought the iPhone XS from you but the earpiece was very crackley, I sent it back to be repaired but it came back still the same, I thought I would give you another chance, that is why I got the iPhone 13, and I am happy with this one, Pete.

I am very satisfied with my first time experience to purchase an iPhone 22 from Backmarket. Not only was it delivered earlier than expected but the refurbished item came with a 100% battery health. Kudos, backmarket! Will come back for more.

I am very happy with my phone! Had a few paint chips and 92% battery health, otherwise perfect. For the price it's definitely worth it than buying a brand new phone. Will continue to buy refurbished phones

The phone looks absolutely amazing!! Possibly down the line we will probably have to change the battery but the life’s at about 84%. But otherwise it’s great to get a second hand phone with a decent price tag!

This is the third time I have used back market, 2 I phones and a Mac book pro. Great service, amazing products, you literally get what is advertised. I have also used the UK Backmarket and it is the same quality! Highly recommend!!

So the condition of the phone was very impressive. It definitely looked brand new. I was extremely pleased with the condition of it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the battery capacity was only 83%. I would’ve thought this would be higher to qualify in the “excellent” category rating. But overall very happy with the experience and the website and would use again

Phone was as described (excellent) no marks great condition great service, battery at 80% so will keep at eye on that and keep it charged however still get a full day off charge. Need to test it out under heavy use for a day off charge. Will def use BM again to purchase and save $$$.

iPhone 14 pro max arrived well packed and was up and running within 20 mins, still seems to be a good investment and I would probably use Back Market again for similar type purchases.
