I was very happy with the receipt of my iPhone 8 from Back Market. It was everything they said it would be. It was so clean it looked just like brand new and was packaged well and received in a timely manner. Thank you Back Market. I am one very happy customer. The battery life is excellent. It was no trouble at all to download all my data from my old phone into the new one.

Purchased 3x iPads as Christmas presents for the kids and was very happy when they got delivered, exactly what I paid for, very happy with them. The delivery took a bit longer than advertised, I don't think that necessarily think it was the sender, just the time of year and being located on the other side of the country. Have recommended Back Market to a few friends and would purchase items again from this site

A perfect purchase in an area prone to misleading information and the product not being as advertised. My purchase was flawless. Condition as advertised, well-presented and packed, works well (as expected) and I will check BackMarket stock next time I need a good 'used' mobile phone.

I won't lie I was kinda unsure if I should buy the phone because an iphone 11 pro in excellent condition for $376 seemed a bit too good to be true. Upon arrival i was surprised, the phone looked completely new. BUT, when setting up the phone i ran into a problem with updating the phone to the latest IOS, but with some help from going onto BackMarket and troubleshooting in which they actually helped me resolve the updating issue, I think this phone is completely new and absolutely worth the price.

There is no actual way to communicate with the comapany other than through YOUR SET RESPONSES. All of your communication pathways are closed. Iwas very concerned that if anything was of concern that I would not be able to adequately communicate with your support staff

Phone arrived in a timely manner. It is totally as described. Very happy with the entire experience and would be happy to recommend to others

Everything was perfect about the phone, except for the fact that it was a bit dirty. There was a lot of dirt in the various holes on the phone eg silent button, camera lenses, charging port.
