Now, that is what I call prompt service. I placed my order at 1:00PM on the 11th of June. Response notification advised delivery in up to four days (I presumed "business days". Today is the 13th of June. This morning I received a post-office notice advising there was a parcel t be picked up. Being one that usually has the dirty end of the stick, I struggled to see what the late delivery was (quelling and expectations). My order was undamaged and true to their word, it is hard to say that pre-loved items are not worth it. The next order will be to Back Market - without hesitation. Given time for packaging and posting, having it arrive two days later was FANTASTIC!!! Am I happy - you bet-ya. It is a bit hard to see why some others have had problems. My honest opinion is that Back Market are have set a very high bench-mark and have gone beyond. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Goods arrived safely, but invoice was not right. Seller did send corrected invoice eventually. At least I received the right goods and they were not broken on arrival. In fact, they were packed pretty well.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered the pristine option, expecting to get a pristine iPhone with 100% battery. Got a scratched screen phone with a non-genuine battery that was rejected by the phone so I couldn’t even see the health percentage. Returned it for refund… instead of refunding they just sent me another one, only this one was worse than the first one. Now on my second day of waiting for *another* return label since they’ve seemingly stopped responding. PLEASE go with Reebelo or Apple refurbished for a phone, these guys are not it.

Keep saying that refund has been issued for the return of goods, however, money never deposited back to the customer' bank account. Why? I got another refund from the merchant of China, later and further, but refund has been received just in two working days, what a big difference ! This local merchant has no intention to solve the problem. I have to report to Paypal and Westpac Bank individually. No more trust.

Computer shuts down randomly during work. Need a replacement or refund so we can purchase elsewhere but Back Market will only offer a repair, and we have to send it back meaning the employee is without a device for nearly 2 weeks whilst they fix their own error. Need to buy a new computer to fill in the gap meaning we are out of pocket far more than if we had just bought new from apple. WARNING DO NOT BUY
