Highly recommend others if they are on a budget or are just looking to upgrade and don't see the need for the latest iphones. Back market is a great website and the team are doing an amazing job.

Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred. There was no delay. I bought this for my son and he's very happy with it. I'm very impressed in the quality, delivery and professionalism of this company and would not hesitate to buy again. Received an iPhone 13 arrived quickly. Works well. I thought it wasn’t charging at first but turned out to be my plug. I am getting used to iOS have always been an android girl. I am not a fan but I guess like all changes I will get used to it!

I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. It also arrived earlier than anticipated - so a definite plus. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

Delivery; 4/5 Paid for express service. Did not receive the watch in the timeframe paid for.
