Hi, Samsung galaxy S21 is great phone, no scratches in great condition. Travelling soon for a long time, bit worried about having to charge it all the time, that's what happened to my Samsung galaxy S11.

Good value for money. Love that the phones are repurposed. They are great phones. I had to buy a better charger but that was no problem. The phone shop were amazed at the bargain I got for my Samsung. Keep up the good work Back Market!

Easy to navigate website, order arrived on time, 2 phones were exactly as presented on website. My friend and I had both usually purchased late model phones on some scheme or another provided by a major telco; by purchasing a few models behind, with Back Market we have certainly saved thousands (yep, thousands).

Really happy. Great deal and have had for a couple of weeks and hasn't glitched or shown any signs of fault. Have had previous bad experiences with other second hand phones but not this one!. Absolute winner! Thanks heaps Back Market!

Phone arrived earlier than predicted and is better than I expected wear and tear wise. So far no issues at all. Very happy, only thing was the charging cable was not fast charge which I'm used to, but I'm using my old charger anyway.

I'm happy the phone condition is as described and everything seems to work well. I didn't expect it to be an American model and heard it can affect 5G connection it seems good so far though so hopefully doesn't pose any issues

Can't say how it is as its wrapped for a christmas present but it looks great and was a decent price by the looks of it husband should be very happy with this As far as my experience goes dealing with Back Market was amazing thank you

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my wife. I grabbed one randomly and had little trouble setting it up apart from some difficulty changing the temp from F to C. Someone else set up my wife's phone, and later she complained of all the unknown contacts on it. I had to do the factory reset you should have done.

The phone itself is in great condition and works well. The only issue I have is that it must have been from America as it has a lot of apps and pre loaded phone numbers that are American related. None of which can be deleted. And I had to play around with it a bit for it to accept our sim card.
