This is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone so naturally I had some misgivings. The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. It's been installed and ready to go. A very happy camper. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was excellent. The phone was expertly packed. Well done! I would recommend Back Market.

Most impressed with the professional appearance of packaging. Looked like a brand new model from Apple! IPad itself is unmarked, so even looks like a new one. I needed a new ipad for my toddler as he completely smashed his screen and was running out of storage. It's the best investment for a child and there was barely any marks whatsoever.
