The phone arrived when you said it would. If I didn’t know any different I would think it was a new phone and not a refurbished phone. The only little niggle I have is the life of the battery but then I didn’t expect it to last very long anyway. I am very much enjoying using my “new” phone.

It was a purchase for my daughter starting high school. She is very happy with your product. It is performing as I expected, and it has a battery of 100% health, which is a bonus. I've recommended the Back Market to other family members who have now purchased phones in the last two weeks. I applaud the transparency you offer on your site with the process of refurbishing, the sellers profiles and the comparison tool. Very thorough. A well-thought-out funnel.

This is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone so naturally I had some misgivings. The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. It's been installed and ready to go. A very happy camper. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was excellent. The phone was expertly packed. Well done! I would recommend Back Market.

I was initially sent the wrong model and it took quite a while to return it and get a new one delivered. Ultimately the phone I got was great quality with very good battery life left, and the Customer Support process was very easy and they communicated well. My negative review is only really related to how long it took to rectify the first error and get the correct phone into my hands.

OAP here so wanted the cheapest but as new as possible, this iPhone SE (2020) was at a great price. Fair condition meant it had a couple of very faint marks on the back, 2 corners were lightly scuffed and the front was perfect. It will live in a case anyway. The perfect purchase for me and I will shop here again.

Excellent phone in great condition. Phone battery is like new and no scratches or marks. Every thing works as it should. Very happy with the buying experience, and fast shipping to Australia. I recommend Back Market to all. 👍

Really dissapointing experinace, bought our kid their first phone (iPhone refurbished). Straight out of the the box this phone has issues, many different issues. How this even passed any quality testing or assurance is beyond me. Now I have to go to the trouble of writing emails, then, sending it back to the seller, then waiting 10 days to get it fixed. Kids without their Christmas present. It's an absolute joke .
